Registration and matriculation
Every semester begins with registration, which runs for the first two days. Each student registers in person with all the documents required by the institution.
Undergraduate programmes fill the General Registration Form, known as Form A. Graduate and postgraduate programmes register with both Form A and the Course Registration Form, Form B, on which each student registers the courses assigned for the semester with their Concentration Advisor. Tuition is then calculated from the credit hours registered.
Late registration carries a penalty which doubles in the second week. Failure to register by the end of week two is considered a withdrawal.
At matriculation, all first-year students are officially accepted into the CBTS family and every student pledges to live by the standards of God’s word and the rules of CBTS.
