Master of Arts in Biblical Studies
Intermediate Hebrew and Greek, Hebrew and Greek exegesis, advanced hermeneutics, Old and New Testament theology, and a six-credit thesis.

Biblical theology of missions, missionary anthropology, church planting strategies, contextualisation theories, world religions and cults.

Pastoral care, theories of counselling, biblical counselling, marriage and family, and two units of Clinical Pastoral Education.

Biblical and organisational leadership, human resource management, principles of administration, stewardship and fundraising.
Master of Divinity (M.Div.)
Master of Divinity
For holders of a bachelor’s degree from a secular university. A foundational year in theology, then two years in a concentration.

Bachelor of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies
110 credit hours. Biblical, theological, historical and practical training for preaching and teaching, with a six-credit project.

Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Studies and World Missions
110 credit hours. Evangelism, missions, church planting and urban ministry, with a six-credit long essay.

Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Care and Counselling
106 credit hours. Biblical counselling for individuals, couples and families, with supervised ministry and crisis intervention.

Bachelor of Arts in Bible Translation and Applied Linguistics
116 credit hours. Translation principles, phonetics and phonology, morphology and syntax, discourse analysis and sociolinguistics.

111 credit hours. Teaching methods, lesson preparation and design, human development and educational organisation.

Bachelor of Arts in Church Music
113 credit hours. Music theory, voice, keyboard, conducting and hymnody, ending in a special project and recital.
Diploma of Theology (Dip.Th.)
Diploma of Theology
108 credit hours over three years, equipping pastors and church workers. A doctrinal statement is a graduation requirement.
Diploma in Church Music (DCM)
Diploma in Church Music
108 credit hours. Fundamentals of church music and worship leading, and an entry route to the Bachelor of Arts in Church Music.
Certificate of Theology (C.Th.)
Certificate of Theology
A foundational programme in Bible and theology. With a GPA of 75% or higher it is an accepted entry route into the Diploma of Theology.

Women's Vocational Institute
Bible, ministry and practical vocational training for women, run by the Women’s Ministries Department.
Distance Learning
Diploma of Theology by distance
Studied through a Distance Learning Centre. Students register yearly and are matriculated at either the Ndu or the Kumba campus.

DLC students are treated as part-time and may take up to double the normal duration. Fees are payable at any CBC Bursary.

Research students spend at least two weeks on campus before completing, and attend all thesis defences for the session before their own.
